Transcribe Bot lets you record or upload voice notes, generate transcripts, and create PDF and Word exports. This policy explains what data the service uses and why.
The app and service are operated by ai365.ie for the Transcribe Bot product. Questions can be sent through the support contact listed in the app store listing.
Information We Collect
- Google account profile information used for sign-in.
- Your email address and optional delivery email.
- Audio recordings that you choose to upload for transcription.
- Generated transcripts, summaries, PDF files, and Word files.
- Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and working.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate your account and keep your notes in sync.
- Upload, process, transcribe, store, and display your voice notes.
- Create and deliver PDF and Word exports when you request them.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the app and backend service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Audio and transcript content may be processed by service providers needed to run transcription, storage, authentication, hosting, and email delivery. Those providers are used only to operate the app features you request.
Retention and Deletion
Voice notes and generated files are kept so they remain available in your account. You can delete notes in the app, which removes the stored note record and associated files from the service.
Security
The app sends data over HTTPS and uses authenticated requests for your account content. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we use reasonable safeguards for the type of data handled by the app.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, the updated date on this page will change.
